It is with heavy hearts that Shona’s family announce her unexpected passing on 13th June 2025, just one day before her 60th birthday.

Shona was the beloved mother to Sara- Jane, cherished mother-in-law to Adam, and devoted granny Ona to Jorja and Jasmyn, much-loved daughter of Irene and the late George, sister to Aileen, Neil, and the late Fiona, and aunt to William, Scott, and Emma. A dear friend to many, and never to be forgotten by her little friend Teddy.

Shona will be deeply missed by all her family, friends, and those whose lives she touched with her loud and beautiful personality.

A funeral service to celebrate Shona’s life will be held on Friday 27th June at 12:00noon in Houndwood Crematorium. All family and friends are warmly welcome. Afterwards refreshments will be put on for family and friends at The Castle Hotel in Berwick Upon Tweed. Family flowers only Please.
